How It Works

Delivery When You Need It

In most cases, we can provide new containers in 36 hours or less. There is never a charge for our initial drop-off or pick-up provided you store with us for 6 months or longer. For shorter periods, we charge $21 per delivery or pick-up.

We return your boxes in 36 hours or less for our flat fee of $21 regardless of the number of boxes. We can accomodate "rush" requests (even on holidays) in as quickly as 6 hours for a surcharge.

Welcome Kit

Each Welcome Kit includes inventory forms. Use these forms to keep track of what you have in storage.

If you prefer, you can enter this information online in your secure business account for easy online access.

Secure Boxes

Every Box Butler Box comes with a lock and unique serial number for maximum security.  When you want to recall a container from storage, you simply reference your unique  serial number and your container is delivered back to you.

Storing Other Items

Yes, we store other items that do not fit in our containers such as trade show booth components, filing cabinets, cardboard boxes and records already boxed in banker boxes! For larger items, we charge $1.50 per cubic foot of space utilized. Call for a custom quote at any time.

Payments (Credit Cards)

Our preferred payment method is by credit card and we accept Amex, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.  Your card is charged monthly and we bill you in advance, on the first day of your billing cycle. We  offer a 10% discount for advance payment of 6 months or longer. We also accept check, money order or cash.
