Storing Furniture & Other Items
Yes, we store furniture, bikes, sports equipment and cardboard boxes! We charge $1.50 per cubic foot of space utilized with discounts for larger volume requirements. Call for a custom quote as pick-up and delivery rates will vary.
Delivery in 36 hours or less
In most cases, we can provide new containers in 36 hours or less. There is no charge for our initial drop-off or pick-up provided you store with us for 6 months or longer. For shorter storage periods, we charge $21 per delivery or pick-up.
We return your boxes in 36 hours or less for our flat fee of $21 regardless of the number of boxes being delivered. We can accomodate "rush" requests (even on holidays) in as quickly as 6 hours for a surcharge.
Welcome Kit
Each Welcome Kit includes inventory forms. Use these forms to keep track of what you have in storage.
If you prefer, you can enter this information online in your personal account for easy online access.
Secure Boxes
Every Box Butler Box comes with a lock and unique serial number for maximum security. When you want to recall a container from storage, you simply reference your unique serial number, and your container is delivered back to you.
Payments Methods
Our preferred payment method is by credit card. We accept Amex, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. Your card is charged monthly and we bill you in advance, on the first day of your billing cycle. We offer a 10% discount for advance payment of 6 months or longer. We also accept check, money order or cash.
